Specialist Study 1

• To improve and create more realistic environments 
• To gain a better understanding of the After Effects techniques used in motion graphics.

I am only recently entering the world of motion graphics, and something at the moment that i am particularly interested in it the use of 3D space in After Effects. To me this is a really good way of bring still images to life and i feel is an important step for me in learning motion graphics, what i wish to learn for this Specialist Study 1 project is to create more realistic environments, whether that be the landscape, objects or even characters. Whilst doing this i hope to gain a better grasp of the programs (mainly After Effects) and its necessarily uses in animation. I later in my SS2 project hope to use what i have learn and to build upon it, introducing 2D animation into my motion graphics, and possible incorporate some elements of  basic 3D to the environment.
